Being on the road a lot, airport is where I spend a lot of my time. Airport food not strangers to me. Connecting at Minneapolis airport, I found Pei Wei. I tried Pei Wei before in Ohio before but it had been a while. Pretty good fusion Asian food.
Curry chicken salad, definitly intrigung. Not disappointing at all!

CityVu Bistro is on the 5th floor of City Flats Hotel in downtown Holland, MI. It has good view around the restaurant and great services.
I sat in a couple times by myself and even on a bust day I ordered takeouts.
This is my favourite salad there. This is a takeout on my busy(lazy) day.
